Caldwell Gardens, Gobowen

22 Homes in association with Wrekin Housing Trust

Caldwell Gardens is a development of 22 homes built on the old coal yard site, adjacent to Gobowen Railway Station. The scheme consists of eight apartments, six bungalows and eight houses, some with wheelchair accessibility. The homes were developed in association with Wrekin Housing Trust to provide affordable housing for the local community.

The apartment building was designed and constructed to complement the existing listed station building.
This is the first project that Primoris Homes has completed for Wrekin Housing Trust, with plans for further collaborations later in 2016.

Testimonial

The Lloyd's

It was love at first sight when we saw the Primoris Homes development at Oak Edge View, Bentlawnt. The company obviously give a great deal of thought to the design of their houses and incorporate many individual features not normally found in a new build home. We particularly like the traditional oak A frame in our living room and the reclaimed oak beams used in the kitchen and inglenook. From start to finish the Primoris team were friendly and professional, taking on board all our requirements and providing a quality of build that is second to none.
